Work It Out

I have a love/hate relationship to exercise. I know that its good for me, and that I am guaranteed to feel better immediately. I also love how strong I feel when I am consistent. But sometimes the effort just seems like too much. So, inspired by the wonderful Dr Nat Kringoudis and her instagram posts from earlier this year asking 'How will you move today?' I've set myself a little challenge. To move my body everyday for 30 days. I've also thrown in a 30 Day Squats Challenge for good measure...
